Riding the tractor seat as a boy, Kurt Ehnle relieved the monotony by letting his mind explore how things worked and how to make them work better. He carries his heightened understanding of farming and business to provide a rare technological understanding of modern agriculture. As a member of the Ferguson Group, a financial analysis consulting firm, he provides advice to other farm operations. To maintain a leadership position, he attends annual educational seminars on advanced agri-management. In addition to finance and farm technology, Kurt has a vision of the farm as a vital environmental resource.

Kurt’s son Aaron adds technological savvy and youthful robust. An Illinois State graduate, Aaron is dedicated to agriculture while keeping efficiency and maximization and yields as a priority for success.
